Acredito que a maior dificuldade esteja em encontrar a definição em uma palavra só.
No Brasil, pelo menos, temos o "Conselho de Classe" para que a pessoa possa ser aprovada (promoted) e não seja reprovada (retained).
Percebam que o item 1.2 (Placement) é sinônimo de "Assigned" conforme apontou nossa colega. A única diferença para o nosso "Conselho de Classe" é que esse é um papel exclusivo do diretor (principal).
