English term

whichever date is later

English to Portuguese Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
All stock options granted to an employee may be exercised at the time of retirement but only if two years have elapsed since the stock options were granted. Stock options that are not yet exercisable should be exercised within one year after the day of retirement or the two-year period after the stock options are granted (whichever date is later) and while the stock
options are still valid.
