''Article 4
The present Agreement has been concluded for a period of 3 years and it may be extended multiple times by mutual agreement. The Agreement shall end on the expiry of the 3 -year period if the agreement for which the Agent’s services were employed is not concluded or by cancellation of any of the contracting parties, provided that such cancellation is not contrary to the principle of conscience and fairness.''
