(ustawa z dnia 17 czerwca 1966 r. o postępowaniu egzekucyjnym w administracji. (Dz.U. z 1991 r. Nr 36, poz. 161, z późn. zm.)

| Dziękuję. Akurat z tego fragmentu nie wynika, czy chodzi o ubezpieczenie morskie, czy nie, ale ponieważ cały tekst odnosi się do każdego rodzaju ubezpieczeń, tzn. i morksich i lądowych i powietrznych, więc myślę, że to będzie właściwa wersja. |
