‘Giocarredo’ is a complete system of furniture that embodies both recreational and
practical functions. Produced by the Gonzagarredi Cooperative of Mantua in 1977, it
was co-authored by CIDOM of Ancona and in collaboration with the Study Center of
the producing company on graphic and communication aspects. The goal was to
reduce to the minimum number of individual components single elements which could
still obtain a diversity of furniture solutions and microspaces suitable for preschool
through kindergarten. In collaboration with Giuseppe Marangon, Giovanni
Veroli, Saturno Spinsanti, Marco Baccarini, and Vincenza Fretta.
