「A社は金融機関との間で買収に必要な資金融資の仮約束を交わしました」ということでは？
でも、なぜ「receive」でなく「enter into」なのでしょうね？A社がコミットメントレターにサインする必要があるなら、納得できますが。
Enter intoには「（契約などを）結ぶ」以外に「（交渉などを）始める」という意味がありますが、「コミットメントレターをもらう交渉を始めた」とも取れなくないような気がしますが、これは文脈で判断できることかと思います。

英語の原文に問題があると思います。Commitment letterはA社が金融機関から貰うべきものです。この場合は、どうしてもenter intoの意味を入れたければ、融資確約書を交わしたことなどに訳すしかないですね。
