参照HPを参照してください。
日本語では「駐機スポット」という表現が最も一般的だと思うので、上記の訳にしました。もちろん原文どおり「駐機スタンド」でもいいと思います。

上記の表現からこの空港は、桟橋が1本でそれに14のボーディングブリッジがあり、搭乗ゲートが同じく14あることがわかります。
駐機スポットは18ですから4つについてはボーディング・ブリッジには接続していないことになります。

As for "parking stand", I guess it's about "loading apron" since the airside is mentioned. But if it's about a parking place for the aicraft, then, I think, it would be 駐機場.
