I give, devise and bequeth to my co-trustees the sum equal to the largest amount that can pass free of federal estate tax under this article of my Will by reason of the unified credit and the state death tax credit allowable to my estate but no other credit, and after taking account of dispositions of previous articles of this Will and property passing outisde of this Will which does not qualify for the marital or charitable deduction, and after taking account of charges to principal that are allowed as deductions in computing my federal estate tax. For the purpose of establishing the sum disposed of by this article, the value finally fixed in the federal estate tax proceeding relating to my estate shall be used. I recognize that no sum may be disposed of by this article and that sum so disposed of may be affected by the actions of my Executors in exercising certain tax elections. This sum shall hereinafter be known as the "Family Trust".

(b) I give, devise and bequeath the balance of my residuary estate to my Co-Trustee which sumshall hereinafter be known as the "Marital Trust".
