This is about a yoga session you can book at a gym. The header refers to a yoga flow and the gym is trying to sell you a mat with the class.

The translation can be free but obviously, there's a bit of a word play here in English. Is there anything that can be used in the context of yoga in German?

Ich weiß, dass "Yoga Flow" im Deutschen genauso heißt, aber "Ändere deinen Flow" klingt einfach dumm. Im Englischen beinhaltet "change your flow" auch eine Richtungsänderung, etwas anderes machen etc. Es ist ein Wortspiel und ich suche nach einem im Deutschen. Muss nicht unbedingt "flow" sein, sondern vielleicht ein anderer Begriff aus der Yoga. Ansonsten was mit Flow, was besser klingt als "Ändere deinen Flow" :-)

Flow

Warum nicht einfach "Flow"? Wird auf jeden Fall in diesem Kontext verwendet & es gibt auch z. B. Yogastile & -zentren, die das im Namen haben.
Example sentence:

Vinyasa Flow Yoga ist eine kreative und dynamische Form des Yoga, der Ursprung liegt im Ashtanga Yoga, dem indischen Hatha Yoga.

"Kurswechsel" wäre auch ein Wortspiel im Sinne von neue Richtung/neuer Yogakurs.

agree Veronika Neuhold : Mit "gefällig": Neuer (Yoga-)Flow gefällig? Oder: Wie wär's mit einem neuen (Yoga-)Flow? Vielleicht sogar auf einer neuen Unterlage? Und mit "hol dir ...": Hol dir eine unserer hochwertigen Matten!
