I waive any right of reimbursement for, recovery of, or contribution toward (collectively, “reimbursement”) the payment of those taxes, except that my Executor shall seek reimbursement for the payment of death taxes attributable to property which is included in my gross estate under Section 2039 or 2042 of the Internal Revenue Code, and which taxes are not otherwise paid or payable but only if the recipient of such property is not the person who is married to me on the date of my death, if any, or a descendant of mine and (2) Section 2036, 2041, or 2044 of the Internal Revenue Code, and which taxes are not otherwise paid or payable.
