Dans un texte sur les mesure anti-dumping de la CE, je ne vois pas très bien commen traduire "outsourcing EU producer" :

"strange initiatives, such as the ex officio initiation of an interim review to the benefit of an outsourcing EU producer less than one year after the imposition
of definitive measures, are casting doubts on the ultimate motive of the Commission when implementing anti-dumping rules."
