The property return must be filed by 30 September. The last return was filed as of 30 September 1998, the next deadline was postponed from 30 September 2001 and the new deadline should be determined in the Amendment of the Tax Administration Act.
An increase of property shown in the return will be treated as taxable income if there is no evidence that it resulted from taxed income.
