He has now adjourned the hearing for the preparation of a pre-sentence report until the 19th June 2007 at 9.45am at Reading Magistrates’ Court. In adjourning for the report he did say that he has ruled out any question of imposing a custodial sentence on you, and what he has in mind is a community penalty of some sort.
