English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Prior to submitting their tenders, the bidders, verified the information that may be included in the tender’s documents, shall themselves investigate the nature of the work and the circumstances surrounding it in general. They shall get the information related to all issues that may affect, in any way, the liabilities of the bidder who will be awarded the tender as per the contracting and financial balance of the tender or because of the dangerous of work. Any negligence, delay or failure of the Bidder to obtain reliable information regarding the foregoing or any other matters, shall not relieve the Bidder who will be awarded the bid from the risks and obligations or liability of completing the work within the specified period and at the prices stated in the Bid.
