Duxelle = duxelle
A duxelle is a combination of mushrooms and shallots (or onions) chopped so fine as to resemble a paste. This earthy, flavorful paste can be used to flavor stuffing, pilaf, soup, and cooked grains, or can be served as an elegant spread for a hot or cold appetizer.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer.
Comment: "As you say, Mirror, it would be great if I could divide the points. I know normally it would be better practice for me to ask the questions separately, but that was going to become a bore for all concerned, as I only needed the odd word."

The Antwerpse handjes are chocolates in the shapes of a hand, being the adopted symbol of Antwerp:
Vandaar: Handwerpen. De H verdween, Antwerpen bleef."

We\'ve had \"lepelhapjes\" before as a separate question, when it was translated as \"bite-sized snacks\". If it\'s expensive food (and it sounds like it is), I personally think \"bite-sized serving\" would go down better than \"snack\". See http://www.proz.com/kudoz/128379
