在business方面，我们和国外做生意，只开过Invoice的东西，客人从来没有说过“请开个Receipt给我们的”。一般一笔生意谈成后，客人付款前，都要先要求先开一张“Proforma Invoice”给他们，然后他们根据这张invoice去请款。付款后，我们需要开一张“Tax Invoice/Commercial Invoice/Tax Bill”给他们（三者同义，只是不同的国家或地区叫法略有不同），必须盖公司章
