Eye examination

English Medical Medical (general)
I'm translating a result of private eye examiantion from UK.
Since the result is handwritten, I found some difficulties reading the text.
There is a table containign the following items

Right eye-sphere-cyl-axos-prism-base
Under some of these there is an abbreviation that I read as ORS. Do you have any idea if I read right?

So actually my question is whether you know this or a similar abbreviation and what it stands for.

oculorespiratory syndrome (ORS)

Just a possibility...
"We report the ophthalmological and laboratory findings of 6 patients who, after influenza vaccination, were affected by oculorespiratory syndrome (ORS), complaining of red eyes, photophobia, blurred vision, palpebral edema, ocular pain and itching, and conjunctival secretions. The conjunctivae were mildly hyperemic with few follicles, but the ophthalmological examination findings were otherwise normal. Patients had lymphopenia and decreased levels of the total hemolytic complement and the third and fourth component of the complement. We conclude that ORS causes conjunctivitis and seems to involve the complement. "

If just "OS": left eye (oculus sinistrer).

But I may be able to help with the other abbreviations, in case you are uncertain (taken from my own UK eye test report!):

"sphere-cyl-axis-prism-base":

"Sphere - this indicates the amount of long-sightedness if a positive number (+), or short-sightedness if a negative number (-).
Cylinder: This indicates the amount of astigmatism or irregular shape of the eye.
Prism: A correction required to help both eyes work together.
Base: The direction of the prism correction.
Axis: This indicates the orientation of the astigmatism, and thus the lens can be rotated and set in the frame for correct vision."
Hope this helps.
