Looks like you're right on the money. Both Schäfer, Hyperbook Wirtschaftsenglisch, and Zahn, Bank- und Börsenwesen, give "Call" for Aufruf.

Der grosse Eichborn lists a number of entries for Auktion, but not Auktionsaufruf. Your solution of call phase would seem to be just right.
