§ 2367 Leistung an Erbscheinserben
Die Vorschrift des § 2366 findet entsprechende Anwendung, wenn an denjenigen, welcher in einem Erbschein als Erbe bezeichnet ist, auf Grund eines zur Erbschaft gehörenden Rechts eine Leistung bewirkt oder wenn zwischen ihm und einem anderen in Ansehung eines solchen Rechts ein nicht unter die Vorschrift des § 2366 fallendes Rechtsgeschäft vorgenommen wird, das eine Verfügung über das Recht enthält.

Here's Simon Goren's translation of section 2367 of the BGB: The provisions of § 2366 apply mutatis mutandis, where an act of performance has been done in favor of the person named as heir in the certificate of inheritance, by reason of a right forming part of the inheritance, or where a legal transaction, containing a disposition affecting such a right and not coming within the provisionof section 2366, has been entered into between him and another relating to such a right.

This is wierd because of "ueber das Recht." I am not quite sure what it intends to convey. Is your document Austrian or Swiss?

: But just "disposition" (it implying that something [a right] was the object of the disposition. My old lecture notes indicate that this part of sec. 2367 deals mainly with unilateral Verfuegungen by a third such as Kuendigungen, usw made to Scheinerben.
