Ah, Amorel. Yes! You may be right. There might be a word missing. Navy somethings... either way, currently it's a grammatically wrong sentence.

Hmm. I guess, there's a typo then. The "are" shouldn't be there, and the commas should be put where I put them above. Then it would sense, and Norbert's translation would be applicable.
