remedy of amparo*
If this is from mexico, you need to use the original term (amparo*)and then a note:
* T.N. - "amparo" is an order for protection against the action of authorities, a very powerful provision in Mexican law that has no adequate translation into English.
You don't say what country but if it is Mexico, this is all you can say. There is no term in English to even remotely describe it.
If it is not from Mexico then the reply needs to be adjusted to the meaning in the country of origin.
