'Qualitative' doesn't seem a rich enough translation to me (though to be honest I don't really have a clue what the writer is getting at).

Effectively, qualitative doesn't make sense at all in French in this sentence. I would just assume the author meant "de qualité" but just used the wrong word. Quite common in marketing texts, since they are rarely written by gifted linguists...

effectivement, en français, on aurait dû lire "d'excellente qualité" ou simplement "de qualité" (= de premier ordre) plutôt que "qualitative" (= qui porte sur la qualité, la nature des objets)(cf. qualitatif vs quantitatif)
