5.1.11 The Contractor acknowledges that the blow down water supplied by Emirates Steel is common blow down water for all of Emirates Steel's operations and Emirates Steel shall be under no obligation to supply the Contractor with blow down water that is different in specification to that used by Emirates Steel in respect of its own operations. Emirates Steel's obligation to supply blow down water to the Contractor shall be superseded where it is unable to produce or supply such water for its own operations and Emirates Steel shall accordingly have no liability whatsoever to the Contractor under any circumstances in respect of any failure or inadequacy of its production when due to inadequate blow down water quality or quantity.
