C Emirates Steel desires that the By-products generated in the Production Facilities, be reprocessed for the above reason.
D Contractor shall design, finance, build, own, operate and maintain a “Process Plant” and warrants that it has the necessary know-how, expertise and experience in such reprocessing and is licensed and specialized in briquetting plant operation.
