linguistic perfection

Diogo Garcia
: Aperfeiçoamento means improvement (in this case, their linguistic skills). Perfection is ambiguous. It can be the act of perfecting, which wouldn't be wrong, but also the state of being perfect, which would be the most common interpretation.

Discussion
NOTE: I added the dictionary definitions of the noun and verb for "mastering", as background assistance, the noun form is not often use din subject titles by English-speaking authors/users.
I ended up using Langague mastery.
https://www.berlitz.com/about/the-berlitz-method "After six weeks, Berlitz returned to the classroom expecting his students to be far behind in their language development. Instead, to his surprise, his students were more engaged than ever, communicating in an animated exchange of questions and answers – in** perfect** French!"" (don't think so)
This is one of the subjects on a post-graduation course; it's meant to enhance linguistic skills.
