English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

In case the --- failed to successfully pass the inspection of its manufacturing facilities by the Saudi FDA and/or failed to complete the registration requirements requested by the Local Regulatory Authority for any Product, then --- commits to reimburse the related paid fees to ----- within 30 days from showing the report of failure issued by the Local Regulatory Authority following to such inspection or failure of Product's registration.
