La participación de la Dª XXXXX no llega a alcanzar el porcentaje de derechos de voto de dos decimales sobre el total.
I don't see how this makes sense in Spanish if we are to understand "decimales" as "decimal places", as per usual.
The only way I can make make sense is like this:
"XXXXX’s shareholding does not reach the threshold of 2% of total voting rights".
Have I strayed too far? Am I missing something?
