74 year old male seen once in my clinic c/o back pain, bilateral leg pain & weaeknss symptoms are continoues associated with unsteadiness . He complain of numbness below the knees symmetrically . Clinical examination :
normal HMF,full EOM,mild lower limb weakness 4+/5 with pyramidal sign in lower limbs .
