i. Continuar en la escuela secundaria (5 años)
ii. Finalizar secundaria (después de tercer año todavía quedan 2 años para finalizar secundaria)

year group availabilty
'Grados' refers to the availability of year groups.
In the second paragraph, it specifies that in rural areas some schools only go up to the 6th grade: 'en las zonas rurales las escuelas solo llegan hasta 6to grado'. So, taking this into account, la 'disponibilidad de grados' refers to schools not forming year groups, or certain schools having classes that go up to a certain year group (grado).
It wouldn't be provision, because : What a school provides for its pupils to support their learning and progress in school – the teaching, resources, use of the curriculum, support, Enrichment activities and resources.

age-group availability
This sounds slightly better to me, but really the difference from Phil's is fairly slight. I also understand that some things would be implied (for instance, the teaching part).
I think you could do away with the "teaching for" since teaching would be implied by the context and the use of "age group".
Ultimately, it depends on the preferences of the translator/editor and source.

availability of teaching for their grade/age group
I wouldn't say "availability of grades", because that could also mean marks.

You could also say "provision" instead of "availability of teaching".

Yes, that would work too.

Thank you Phil, What about "(Availability/provision of) grade-appropriate schools"? |

Alexandra Straton
: I think it refers more to the availabilty of year groups. In teaching provision is used to refer to what a school provides to support children's learning,

That's exactly what I said, and your answer is just a rephrasing of mine.
