Sounds like you have your answer So really the only word we're not sure of is "da" - does it mean "from" or "usually kept in"? Does the surrounding text help?

I think "cold storage narcotics" would be fine, if that's the meaning.

More context Actually, there is a little more context: "Il materiale viene trasportato immediatamente nella Cella fredda nella zona di segregazione degli stupefacenti" So, it seems it's more about the mode of storage than an attribute of the narcotic itself. Maybe "cold storage narcotics"? but this would be a very informal label, I should think. Can anyone think of something more appropriate to a pharmaceutical document?
