Albanian term

plat

Albanian to English Other Other travelling
context "biletë për plat Nr. xxx.xxx, datë xx.xx.2018, ora xx:37

One of my dictionaries has "plate" for "pjesa më e ulët e salles" in a theater or cinema. But the number is too high for a theater/cinema, several hundred thousands, and the rest of the things that the police found concern travelling.

There is a minimal possibility that a bus ticket for destination Germany has text in German and the policeman has read "Platzkarte" as "biletë për plat". Very far fetched though.

Suggestions, anyone?

[see explanation]

"Plat" is an unfamiliar term to our Albanian dictionary, so I believe that it has been borrowed from German, as you said, "biletë për plat". Furthermore, see whether "reserved seat ticket" fits in, because I can tell you that the word "plac" does rarely get used in a form like being borrowed from the english word "place" (for "vend" in Albanian), hence, maybe it is something like "biletë për vend-rezervim".

platform

My first thought was Platform. I wonder if it fits your context. It is a bit difficult to tell with the information redacted.
