Law (general)
border check
From a police report on finding weapons in a bus going out of Albania.
në datë 13.08.2018 është paraqitur në sportelin e daljes autobus, me targa 655-KS-915 dhe kontrollin e vendit (zgarë).
I don't see how the word "zgarë" fits into the context. As a matter of fact I also don't understand the words, "kontrollin e vendit" -- is that a border procedure, "Albania's check"? is it special for transport companies? Vendi - place or country?
Furthermore, I fail to see how a bus would appear at a desk. "Sportel" might mean something else at the border checkpoint. Or "bus" means "bus driver" here.
This question breaks the rule of "one term at a time, please". Sorry.

luggage compartment or trunk
Based on the context I would thing that "zgare" is used for luggage compartment ( or trunk) term. I am just guessing based on the context. More clues will be useful.

Comment: "Thanks Klementina, I used your suggestion, slightly changed: it probably refers to the area in border control where luggage is checked. The police found undeclared weapons."
