Esq. è un titolo (tipo "egregio") che generalmente non si usa in italiano o che magari si potrebbe sostituire con "Dott." Nella fattispecie, non è il caso... Quindi direi semplicemente "consulente" oppure "consulente legale".

Avvocato conciliatore?

"Esquire" è un altro termine per avvocato, e, "of counsel" significa di consiglio. In base al contesto della frame, è l'avvocato che media tra le due parti
