١. يجب على المقاول الثانوي تخطيط الأشغال وفقا لمتطلبات العقد الرئيسي باستخدام حزمة بريمافيرا وتقسيم متوافق مع هيكل تخطيط المقاول إذا طُلب ذلك من قبل المقاول، ويجب أن يكون البرنامج شامل لكل التكاليف لتسهيل آلية الفواتير الشهرية وفقا لطلبات الدفع في العقد الرئيس
٢. وبمجرد الموافقة على برنامج العقد الثانوي من قبل المقاول والتوقيع عليه من قبل الطرفان، يجب أن يفسر على أنه يشكل جزء لا يتجزأ من هذا العقد الثانوي
٣. يجوز مراجعة وتعديل برنامج العقد الثانوي المفصل للأشغال من وقت لآخر ليتناسب مع التغييرات في برنامج الأشغال الخاص بالمقاول التي يتم الاتفاق عليها خطيا من قبل الطرفين ويقوم المقاول الثانوي بتحديث برنامجه كلما طُلب ذلك من قبل المقاول
٤ يقوم المقاول الثانوي بزيادة القوة العاملة لديه على الفور، وتحسين وتسريع أدائه، والعمل الإضافي، وكل ذلك دون تعويض إضافي إذا كان المقاول يعتبر أنه من الضروري القيام بهذا العمل أو تدابير مماثلة للحفاظ على حسن سير أعمال العقد الثانوي
٥ يتعاون المتعاقد الثانوي و ينسق بشكل كامل عمله مع المقاول و المتعاقدين الثانويين الاخرين العاملين في الموقع، للقيام بالأعمال الرئيسية وفي الوقت المناسب و بشكل سليم.

The Subcontractor shall plan the Works in accordance with the requirements of the Main Contract using Primavera package and in a breakdown compatible with the Contractor’s planning structure If requested by the Contractor, the programme shall be cost loaded to facilitate the monthly invoicing mechanism in line with the Main Contract payment applications
Once the Subcontract programme is approved by Contractor and signed by both parties, it shall be construed to form an integral part of this Subcontract.
3 The detailed Subcontract Programme of Works may be revised and amended from time to time to suit changes in the Contractor’s Programme of Works as may be agreed to in writing by both parties and the Subcontractor shall up-date his Programme whenever requested by the Contractor
4 The Subcontractor shall promptly increase his work force, improve and accelerate his performance, work overtime, all without additional compensation if, in the opinion of the Contractor, such work or similar measures are deemed necessary to maintain proper progress of the Subcontract Works
5 The Subcontractor will fully cooperate and coordinate his work with the Contractor and other Subcontractors working on site, for the proper and timely performance of the Main Works
