Tania Pires (asker) May 15, 2019:
Mark É do Ministério Público.

Mark Robertson May 15, 2019:

Notice of Filing of Document

That's what it is.
Note from asker:
Thanks, Mark!

agree Charles R. Castleberry : Mark, thanks for enlightening me. (i.e.: notice of docket activity / notification of docket entry)

Yes we may be in the realm of US /UK differences here: Notification of Docket Entry; https://www.justice.gov/atr/case-document/notification-docke... , but the notification in Tânia's case is not given by the court.

docket sheet

Note from asker:
Charles, I have to agree with Mark on this one. According to www.lectlaw.com 'a docket sheet is a document kept in a case file at the courthouse. It lists all papers filed and actions taken in a case. The judge may also note on it any action taken during a hearing or trial. Except for juvenile court and certain other types of confidential matters (such as adoptions), case files and docket sheets are public records and can be inspected by anyone.' This doesn't appear to be the case.
Peer comment(s):

disagree Mark Robertson : A docket sheet is a summary of the procedural history of a case, prepared by a court clerk. It is not a document issue by the court to a party about a specific procedural step.

(crim.) Submission of an Exhibit to be added to the record vs. Schedule of additional Exhibits

I think this rendering might be fit for Anglo-Am. use. I had been unaware that Termo meant notice. whilst think that - in UK civil proceedings - Exhibits filed
in the case vs. on record might be more suitable.

The Records of Exhibit is the form that will be utilized when compiling a list of exhibits to be submitted to the court www.sjcourts.org/forms-filing/exhibit-list/

OK, Tania. Then: Case update showing addition of a (Criminal) Exhibit. Unless advised otherwise, I will assume this is Portugal and not another Portuguese-speaking country.

Maybe 'Notice of Further Evidence' then: www.cps.gov.uk/legal-guidance/evidence-notice-further-evide...
Note from asker:
Thanks, Adrian, but it's not an exhibit for the court. The document that was added shows the status of proceedings at the moment (this is hard to explain without giving away the document), it's not for the court.
Yes, it's Portugal, but it's not an exhibit! It's a document issued by the Portuguese Ministério Público (Prosecution Department).

Term of attachment to the court records

Juntada = attachment. Não há outra tradução plausível.
Filing = ajuizar e não juntar.

--------------------------------------------------
Note added at 21 hrs (2019-05-16 07:34:29 GMT)
--------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------------------------
Note added at 1 day 5 hrs (2019-05-16 15:51:52 GMT) Post-grading
--------------------------------------------------

Certamente.
