I am translating Mobil oil company's strategy objective into Japanese. This term is used in the following context. I am afraid that there is no equivalent term in Japnese, but at least I want to know what it exactly means. Please help.
Continue to lower supply aquisition and transportation costs to reduce light-produts laid-down cost, such that we strive to supply produts to our terminals at a cost equal to or better than the competitive market maker.
What are included in "light-products"? Does it include gasoline and light oil, or other type of oil? Is is equivalent to "white oil"?

Petroleum Products, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of Chevron, Exxon, and Ashland light oil products and has a full line of Chevron, Mobil, Shell, and Valvoline lubricants and greases"
