Two people who've just committed a crime are having an argument about money and suddenly one turns to the other:

'Pias fino que eu já te mudei as fraldas!'

I have never heard this expression before. Any ideas?

Ah, I see. I thought the one demanding payment was the one who uttered the line. Your other suggestion seems to work well, then!

Maybe "I've already done your dirty work" or something like that, the crime he committed being the "dirty work."

@ Frank That would have been a good suggestion, but in this case, he was asked to commit a crime and now he's demanding payment. That's all. They haven't been caught yet, so there's no mess to clean up.

But maybe something like: I'm older than you, don't push it?

"Pias fino" is used to ask (aggressively) someone to "talk more politely", lowering the voice tone.

"que eu já te mudei as fraldas" *because* I've (used to change) changed your diapers.

It's a way to remember the age difference, or he is saying that he literally changed the other person diaper.
