Was sind denn hier foreign grants? Da es sich um ein Hi-Tec-Unternehmen handelt, kann ich mir auf "grants" keinen Reim machen, insbesondere nicht in einem Atemzug mit "Customs".

Daraus geht für mich nicht klar hervor, ob das "Verpflichtungen/Verbindlichkeiten des Unternehmens" sind oder das genaue Gegenteil.
