If any dispute arises between the parties with respect to translation or other similar services provided by us, then such dispute shall at the request of either party be referred to a person agreed between the parties or (in default of agreement within 7 days of notice from either party) to a person chosen on the application of either party by the Chairman or deputy-Chairman of the Benin Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
