agree with Phil...I think "meaningful" was meant here as I can't see anything else that would make sense

After reading the discussions, my take would be meaning used as a mass noun, meaning having important or worthwhile purpose.
Therefore, the phrase after "or" should be "meaning in clinical guidance and recommendations for use of the product.
