Spanish term
anexos y existentes

Law/Patents
Law (general)
inheritance
From a short sworn statement made at a Notary in Colombia, where the declarant states that she is the only living person with the right to inherit a recently deceased parent's estate, and gives details of the deceased parent's bank account (they have left no other assets or property, only money in an account).
At the end of the statement she says:
Anexos y existentes estan en sus oficinas a nombre de [xxx xxx] en la direccion [...]
Could this refer to the bank account? The name given (a nombre de...) appears to be a non-family member.
Thank you in advance to anyone who might help!

existing annexes
anexos ya existentes. Probably a typo.

Discussion
"Fuera de mi persona no existe ningun otro interesado con igual o mejor derecho que yo a realizar reclamos de indole economicos"
Immediately before that she requests the money in her deceased parent' s bank account (having first given brief details of the parent's death and lack of other assets). Then immediately afterward the statement ends.
I am even wondering if it a typo (anexos ya existentes, perhaps?)
