Someone is applying for a job in an Insurance Company and its name must be approved by the Board of the Company and maybe by this "PCF".
After some research I found that PCF means "Pre-approved Controlled Function", but is it a kind of committee that authorizes a certain person to a job?
Part of the sentence: "following the completion of all necessary fitness and probity checks by Management in relation to Mr XX, the CEO or another PCF of the Company be authorised to complete Section 12 of Mr XX's fitness and probity individual questionnaire"
