"Notifiquese, repongase el papel, y pasen las diligencias a la Seccion de xxx..."
It is from 1968 so may be a rather old-fashioned expression, hence I hadnt come across it before. Maybe it is equivalent to "let it be issued"? As in "let it be notified, issued..."
