Just going on a hunch, since I don't have more context, but this might be a typo.
I think this could be "lo cual"

If this is a typo, I can easily see the typer accidentally hitting "z" after "a." They are right next to each other. The lack of space between "lo" and "que" would be another sign of haste.

: Pues aunque la "locuaz" fuese la notaria, en todo caso quedaría "inscripta" en el libro. Creo que no puede ser otra cosa que un error.
