Again this is the paper on the safety of medical devices, I'm stuck for the meaning of que pueda establecerse in this context:
4. Las notificaciones se realizarán preferiblemente utilizando el formato estándar europeo que pueda establecerse, con el fin de adaptarse al sistema de notificación único para todos los Estados Miembros de la UE (en cuanto se apruebe dicho formato, se informará a los sectores implicados). Las notificaciones que ocurran en España, tendrán que ser comunicadas en la lengua española oficial del Estado.
