What is the translation of "antigüedad" when used to describe the starting date of an annual policy? None of the entries relating to this term in the insurance context seem to cover this context.
For example:
OR
OR

Seniority won't work here I imagine. When policyholders sign up they become members so this might work in some instances. Or at least get the ball rolling!

length of time (with the company)
might be a simple way around this. It is about the length of time the person has been a client
I don't think "member" is appropriate here, they are not joining a club:-)

: I also think it is only referring to how long the client has been with the company regardless if it has been long or short

: Length of time with the company seems the most appropriate to me. This is about "su permanencia en los registros de la compañίa" (no la La satisfacción y la lealtad del cliente, que son indicadores para medir ciertos resultados).

Discussion
So we're talking about how long the policyholder has stayed with the company. Customers who have held policies for longer periods.
Can't see that we can use seniority here, because in this case antigüedad is referring to the policy, not to the holder.
