It seems the most common word used in this connection would be something like: "DATE of last entry", "TIME..." or "PLACE...", nothing of which seems to fit here, though.
Perhaps this word is an abbreviation that simply never was translated into English? It could be the Slovenian abbrev. for "no." or whatever.
Have you tried posting this question in Slovenian => English?

srg may stand for some particular location???
I think as I remember, when you fly abroad, you fill out a little "embarkation/disembarkation" form which talks about "PORT of last entry."
Could it be something similar to that??
