: I prefer this of all the options. IMO class is an adjective for ppl, not buildings, however "upmarket" doesn't just refer to the 'build quality' or materials (as some other suggestions do), but also to the residents social status.... ;)

I'm not so sure about using the word 'block' as I think it conjures up an image of council housing, with loads of flats in the same building, at least in Ireland and the UK.
