A dúvida é o "R." nos dois casos:
O entendimento do TRIBUNAL SUPERIOR DO TRABALHO (TST), neste sentido, foi consolidado há muito tempo por meio da Súmula nº 368, item I, sendo necessário, desde já, que este R. Juízo reconheça e declare sua incompetência para executar as eventuais contribuições sociais relacionadas às parcelas salariais que não constem na R. Sentença.
