single fold cards

I think this is what it means. As far as I can see it can be practically any size. If they are bank you can say "single fold card blanks"

dice
4. a. In tipografia, foglio piegato per formare due carte, cioè quattro pagine di formato in-folio, corrispondenti a una segnatura a quartino.

blocks of four

Hi Luciana,
Zanichelli gives
quartina
f.
1 (poesia) quatrain
2 (filatelia) block of four stamps

quartino
m.
1 (misura d'un quarto di litro) quarter of a litre: farsi un quartino, to have a few glasses of wine (at a bar)
2 (tipogr.) four-page signature; four-page folder

I'd say printed in blocks of four or printed four per sheet, four per sheet
